Collier County deputies are searching for a missing man who was last heard from on the evening of June 23.
Deputies say Chad Johnson, 49, is described as 5 feet and 11 inches tall, 150 pounds, and has thinning brown hair and brown eyes.
Johnson reportedly often wears a bandana on his head. Johnson may be in the area near I-75 and Collier Boulevard.
Family members are concerned for his wellbeing.
