A mother in Lee County was previously arrested for leaving her 1-year-old and 2-year-old home alone while she went out for dinner with her friends.
Kathleen Previlon, 34, pleaded guilty to child neglect without bodily harm and was put on probation. According to Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers, a warrant is out for her arrest after she reportedly violated the terms of her probation.
One night, police were called to Previlon's apartment complex after a neighbor found her 2-year-old roaming outside of their third-floor residence.
Previlon reportedly lied to police when she told police that she had a friend babysitting the children. SWFL Crime Stoppers said she recanted that story and admitted she never saw the alleged friend at her house.
Previlon is listed at 5 feet, 3 inches tall, 140 pounds and will be held without bond upon her arrest.
