A man was arrested after giving a juvenile a gift and sending explicit photos and a video to the victim.
Police say in early July, a juvenile was approached by a man at the victim's place of work. The man was identified as Miles Jefferies, 38, who reportedly gave the victim a box with a gift and his phone number inside.
Later, a person posing as the child was said to have texted Jefferies several times, telling him the victim was underage.
Jefferies reportedly continued to text the victim, speaking of explicit acts while sending inappropriate photos and a video to who he thought was the child.
Police say they arrested Jefferies and took him to Lee County Jail.
Jefferies was charged with one count of transmission of material harmful to minors and one count of use of a computer to lure a minor.
