A Fort Myers taekwondo coach went to the Team USA Training Camp to help with the country's Olympians ahead of the 2024 games in Paris.
Nikki Oliver earned her ticket to Paris after impressing at the US Taekwondo Training Camp after Team USA contracted her out to Team Niger.
Oliver will be working with two Niger fighters, including Abdoul Razak Issoufou who won silver in the 2016 games and Nouridine Issaka.
Oliver is the first female from the US to ever coach taekwondo at the Olympics. Oliver is hoping this is just the start of her Olympic journey.
The Fort Myers product says her big goal is to coach Team USA in the 2028 LA games.
