Deputies are searching for a man after violating probation following an arrest for driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance.
Rustin Rodgers, 40, was reportedly parked in a North Fort Myers man's driveway. The man called deputies, who responded and found Rodgers passed out in the driver's seat.
Deputies say Rodgers was visibly impaired but agreed to do a field sobriety test.
During the test, Rodgers reportedly kept falling asleep before admitting he had taken drugs earlier that evening.
Rodgers was arrested and spent 2 1/2 months in jail before being released on probation, according to reports.
Reports say Rodgers violated probation by testing positive for drugs and not completing a DUI impact panel.
Reports say Rodgers is 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 190 pounds, with a tattoo of praying hands on his left shoulder, "Laugh Now, Cry Later" on his left arm and "Florida Cracked" on his right shoulder.
