A 39-year-old man is dead after a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 75 at mile marker 180 in North Port Friday evening.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the driver was taken to Sarasota Memorial Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
FHP is investigating the crash at this time.
