Cape Coral firefighters battled a 4-acre brush fire at the Charlotte Harbor Buffer Preserve Saturday afternoon.
According to the Cape Coral Fire Department, at around 1:40 p.m., crews responded to the scene off Burnt Store Road N., where the flames were reportedly caused by a lightning strike. Officials say the fire is 100% contained at this time.
