A man was arrested on Saturday after reportedly causing a public disturbance and flashing his genitals while drunk at the Marco Island Marriott.
Collier County deputies responded to the JW Marriott for reports of a verbal disturbance at the pool.
Deputies identified the suspect as Alberto Hernandez, 51, who was reportedly under the influence.
Hernandez was speaking very loudly and flailing his hands while arguing with deputies, according to reports.
Three adults staying at the hotel told deputies Hernandez had grabbed their phones and walked away after they wrapped them in a towel and left them at their table.
The group confronted Hernandez, and that's when the verbal argument started.
While deputies were sorting out that portion of the investigation, two women came up and told them that while they were in the hot tub with seven other women, Hernandez exposed his genitals and began playing with himself.
Reports say there were other bystanders in the area, including children.
While deputies were questioning Hernandez, he reportedly stood up out of his chair and pulled his bathing suit down, exposing himself again.
Hernandez was arrested and charged with exposure of sexual organs and disorderly intoxication.
