A man was arrested after allegedly exposing his genitals and urinating in front of Walmart customers as they entered and exited the store in East Naples.
The victim reportedly found Austin Kabanek, 32, sitting on an electric shopping cart with his genitals exposed. Reports say the victim asked Kabanek to zip his pants up and leave, which Kabanek responded to by standing up and urinating.
Collier County deputies say that when they arrived, they found Kabanek by the front entrance with his pants unzipped and sagging below his waist.
Deputies say Kabanek was slurring his speech and smelled of alcohol.
Deputies reportedly arrested Kabanek and took him to the Naples Community Baker Hospital due to his intoxication level.
Kabanek was reportedly charged with indecent exposure to the first offense.
