A Naples man was arrested on Monday and charged with 50 counts of child pornography.
According to the Collier County Sheriff's Office, Verizon reported a cyber tip that someone had uploaded six images that were believed to be child sexual abuse material.
Through an investigation, Jose Antonio Perez Jr., 48, was contacted by deputies at his home. He asked to meet at CCSO offices, where he later confessed to possessing child pornography and being, "in a dark place," at the time, according to reports.
He was arrested and charged with 50 counts of child pornography.
