Two days later, there are still no answers on what may have caused the ceiling to collapse on customers dining inside La Trattoria restaurant along 5th Avenue S in Naples.
Nine people were injured following a partial ceiling collapse.
Owner Massimiliano Tonni is working with the city of Naples and engineers to find out if a leak may be behind what happened.
Tonni apologized for the incident. He wants to thank everybody and check in on those who were injured.
According to the Naples Fire and Rescue Department, in order to reopen, Tonni has to file two permits.
One to demolish what was broken and the other to draw up new plans.
