The Florida Highway Patrol arrested two for street racing on eastbound SR-82, allegedly reaching speeds of 113 miles per hour early Monday morning.
Nathan Daniel Morales Roman, 24, of Lehigh Acres, was reportedly arrested for street racing and issued a citation for traveling 50-plus over the speed limit, which is a $1,000 fine.
Roman's Nissan Altima was impounded for the next 30 days, according to reports.
Michael Francis Omara, 46, of Lehigh Acres, was arrested and issued the same citation. Omara's Harley-Davidson motorcycle was reportedly impounded for the next 30 days.
Roman and Omara were taken to the Lee County Jail, per documents.
