A trailer with four-wheelers inside, totaling $65,000, was stolen off Palm Beach Boulevard in Fort Myers over the weekend.
“I was about to cry because the only thing I could think of was about my daughter, my son and when I called my wife, she was at home getting ready I went to call her, let her know, and my daughter started crying right away,” said Jose Quinones, who owns the trailer and four wheelers.
Quinones said they're members of Assembly of God church, who let them store the trailer with the vehicles there.
The thing that hurts them the most is how upset their kids are.
“He's kept asking me, do I get to see my four-wheeler again? I said, 'I don't know, but we could get you a new one.' And he said, 'It's not going to be the same; what about the memories that we got with that one?'” Quinones said.
None of the vehicles have been found so far, and the thief is still on the loose.
