An 85-year-old man was arrested and charged with criminal mischief after being accused of drawing on people's property with a permanent marker.
The Cape Coral Police Department arrested Charles Robison on Sunday.
Arrest records show the victims were Robison's neighbors in the Sandoval community.
Police said Robison used a permanent marker, specifically a black Sharpie, to vandalize four people's property.
One of the victims said Robison used a permanent marker to draw a line on the back of her pickup truck. She believed the man was angry that the bed of her pickup truck was hanging over the sidewalk.
Robison bonded out of the Lee County Jail on Monday.
