A chase started for Collier County deputies Monday night after a brother and sister sped away from a traffic stop.
According to the Collier County Sheriff's Office, deputies attempted to initiate a traffic stop at approximately 7:57 p.m.
Deputies approached the vehicle and identified the driver as Denny Nguyen, 20.
According to reports, Nguyen rolled up the window on a deputy's arm before the deputy grabbed his arm. Nguyen then drove away while the deputy was hanging on.
Denny was reportedly driving recklessly north on Immokalee Road before making a U-turn and crashing into another vehicle.
Deputies say they saw Denny turn north onto Collier Boulevard, where they found the car parked in a lot.
Denny's sister, Victoria, arrived on the scene and told deputies she had tracked the car to this location.
After deputies left the area, units stayed close and kept eyes on Victoria. Deputies say she returned to the scene and pulled to the end of the road.
After a few minutes, Victoria headed west on Immokalee Road toward I-75.
Deputies say they conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle, where they found Denny and placed him under arrest.
Danny is facing charges of fleeing/eluding police with lights/sirens active, driving with his license suspended, and resisting law enforcement.
Victoria was arrested for being an accessory to the crime, according to reports.
