Charlotte County deputies are investigating after a person was shot at a home in the Deep Creek community Saturday morning.
According to the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office, at around midnight, deputies responded to the 200 block of Seasons Drive after a person was reportedly shot. The victim was hospitalized for their injuries.
NBC2 spoke with neighbors and were at the scene where a home was blocked off with crime scene tape and forensics were seen bringing in evidence bags.
