A tree trimming service worker was taken to the hospital in critical condition after suffering an electric shock at a Cape Coral home Sunday afternoon.
According to the Cape Coral Fire Department, a worker was unconscious at the top of a ladder when firefighters arrived at the scene on SW 27th Avenue. He was lowered to the ground and given CPR before being transported to Gulf Coast Hospital.
The worker's current condition is unknown at this time.
The Cape Coral Police Department is investigating.
