A man is accused of stealing a car from Big Tree RV Park in DeSoto County on Sunday.
According to the DeSoto County Sheriff's Office, Juan Carlos Gomez, 23, stole a car after it was left unattended to cool down.
DCSO says Gomez took the opportunity and drove off.
He was tracked down nearby and detained.
The stolen vehicle was running, undamaged, and recovered at a nearby business.
Gomez faces charges of grand theft of motor vehicle.
