A bicyclist died after they were hit by a vehicle at Tamiami Trail East and Lely Resort Boulevard in south Naples.
Two lanes of U.S.-41 at Lely Resort Boulevard were blocked off following the crash.
The Florida Highway Patrol said the crash is under investigation.
