Detectives are searching for a woman accused of stealing cash and checks from a local business in North Fort Myers.
Shalena Mathis, 36, reportedly violated probation on charges of burglary, grand theft, uttering a forged instrument and the sale and delivery of drugs.
Detectives say Mathis burglarized the business in the middle of the night and quickly located a key to the manager's office, where she reportedly stole $3,000 in cash, checks and the file of a fired employee.
Mathis was arrested after cashing two of the company's checks at a local Walmart.
Mathis was found guilty of the crime and placed on 24 months of probation, which detectives say she has violated.
Reports say Mathis is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds, with Chinese symbols tattooed on her left arm and chest and the words "I'm Fine" on her hands.
