The November 5 election is now exactly two months away and Florida voters will have six constitutional amendments to vote on.
But do you know what the amendments are and how you'll vote?
Garnering the most attention is Amendment 4 which would protect a woman’s right to an abortion.
Ten groups including the ACLU, NAACP and Florida's League of Women recommend a yes vote. However, the Lee County Commissioners made up of all men, formally opposed Amendment 4 this week.
Amendment 3 calls for legalizing marijuana recreationally and a majority of nonpartisan groups are urging a yes vote for legalization.
However, opponents argue it makes marijuana more prevalent.
A yes vote on Amendment 2 would enshrine the right to fish and hunt into the state’s constitution.
Most groups don't weigh in on the issue. However, two organizations for women urge a no vote perhaps because people already have the right to fish and hunt.
Then there's Amendment One which would bring politics into school districts.
A yes vote allows school boards to become partisan rather than nonpartisan.
Every group except the ACLU urges a no vote on Amendment 1.
