Two teenagers, Thomas Stein and Christopher Horne Jr faced a judge once again, after a grand jury indicted them last week for their alleged involvement in the murder of 15-year-old Kayla Rincon-Miller.
Stein and Horne Jr entered a written not guilty plea on first-degree-murder charges.
Since Stein and Horne Jr are minors, they will not be facing the death penalty. Instead, the two 16-year-olds are now face spending the rest of their lives behind bars without the chance of parole if found guilty.
15-year-old Kayla Rincon-Miller was shot in the chest as she was walking with her friends near Del Prado Boulevard.
A vehicle pulled up and blinded them with lights and Kayla was gunned down. It's believed Stein and Horne Jr were in that vehicle.
The shooting happened back in March. Florida State attorney, Amira Fox, says this case is still open as the search continues for others involved.
Cape Coral police have still not revealed who pulled the trigger, but police still need your help if you know anything.

Stein and Horne Jr's arraignment is scheduled for Monday at 8:30 a.m.
