The family of a man who died after a tire exploded at an A-Expert Tire & Service shop in San Carlos Park is suing the company.
Richard Vallini was an employee who died in August while inflating a tire when it exploded and struck him.
According to court documents, a civil lawsuit was filed against A-Expert Tire and Service and its owners on Sept. 4.
