A man was arrested after being accused of exposing his sexual organs on the Naples Pier in front of children on Tuesday, according to the Naples Police Department.
A press release states officers responded to the pier at 6:05 p.m. after seven witnesses reported Jonhley Saint Juste, 28, exposed his sexual organs and masturbated in front of them.
The police department said two more victims were children aged 9 and 10 years old.
Saint Juste was arrested for lewd or lascivious conduct and exposure of sexual organs.
