The Lee County Sheriff's Office says there was a heavy deputy presence at Schandler Hall Park in Tice.
LCSO said they have been investigating two scenes that are connected, one at the park and another at a home near Prospect Avenue and the corner of Seminole Street.
NBC2 is on the scene where crews say caution tape is surrounding the entrance.
An LCSO helicopter was circling the area and deputies were walking around.
It is unclear at this time why deputies were on the scene, but NBC2 has questions out to LCSO for more information.
