A Naples man is wanted for violating his probation after being convicted of false imprisonment and battery.
Southwest Florida Crimestoppers says Brian Regalado, 33, was found guilty of grabbing a woman by her neck and choking her.
Regalado pinned her down and held his hands over her mouth.
She managed to escape, and Regalado was arrested.
He was in jail for a year before being placed on probation that he violated.
CrimeStoppers says he was arrested nine times for violent charges, including battery on a law enforcement officer.
He is 5 feet 7 inches tall and 140 pounds. He was last known to be moving between Fort Myers and Naples.
