Collier County deputies arrested a 12-year-old boy who is accused of making a threat over social media.
According to the Collier County Sheriff's Office, investigators determined the North Naples Middle School student was responsible for the threat and he was charged under Florida Statute 836.10 .
CCSO said this is a second-degree felony.
