We know Christopher Horne Jr's mother, father and aunt were arrested for allegedly trying to intimidate a second teens family involved in the case.
On Monday, Horne Jr will be in front of a judge at the Lee County Courthouse where he may find out if the judge will allow him to attend deposition in his family's case.
Horne Jr and Thomas Stein were indicted by a grand jury for their alleged involvement in the murder of 15-year-old Kayla Rincon-Miller.
Rincon-Miller was gunned down back in March near Del Prado Boulevard in Cape Coral.
Horne's mother, Shanice Stewart, father, Christopher Horne Sr., and his aunt, Varaka Stewart, were also arrested for allegedly making threats towards Stein's family.
Cape Coral police have still not revealed who pulled the trigger back in March, but they are asking if you have any information that could lead up to any arrests of others involved to contact them.
Also, Florida State Attorney Amira Fox says this case is still open as the search continues for others involved.
Horne Jr is scheduled to appear in court at 9 a.m. on Monday.
