Great Wolf Lodge will have its soft opening on Wednesday ahead of the October grand opening of its newest 500-room resort in Collier County.
The 20-acre hotel sits just beyond the Paradise Sports Complex in southern Collier County.
The soft opening will be held on September 18, to allow the resort to focus on staff training and development.
An official grand opening is planned for early October, though the exact date has yet to be confirmed.
The resort includes three main components:

The indoor water park is 84 degrees year-round.
Great Wolf Lodge previously told NBC2 that they plan on hiring 600 employees for the facility, from entry-level to upper management positions.
