Detectives are searching for a man accused of stealing another man's car in the middle of the night for a fast food run.
Sebasthian Sierra Rivera, 32, reportedly failed to show up in court following his arrest for grand theft auto.
Detectives say Rivera stole the car from a Cape Coral residence and then left it in a McDonald's parking lot.
Video evidence linked the theft to Rivera, who was later found sleeping in front of a Del Prado Boulevard strip mall.
Rivera was arrested and spent about a month in jail before being released pending a court hearing in August.
According to reports, Rivera failed to show up to court.
Rivera is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 190 pounds. Detectives say he could be using the name "Bash Sierra" in order to avoid being caught.
