A motorcyclist was taken to the hospital after crashing at McGregor Boulevard and Sandra Drive.
According to the Fort Myers Police Department, the crash happened around 5:30 p.m., and the man was taken to Gulf Coast Medical Center with a head injury.
Police told NBC2 crews on the scene it was a single-vehicle crash.
NBC2 is working to find out how the man is doing and what caused the crash.
The area at the corner of McGregor Boulevard and Sandra Drive was closed following the crash, and drivers are being diverted.
