Governor Ron DeSantis is set to hold a press conference in Tallahassee on Thursday as Hurricane Helene barrels toward Florida's coast.
DeSantis will be joined by Florida Department of Transportation Secretary Jared Perdue, Florida Division of Emergency Management Director Kevin Guthrie, Mayor General John Haas and Florida Highway Patrol Colonel Gary Howze.
The press conference is set to begin at 5 p.m. at the State Emergency Operations Center.
