Three distribution centers will be open Sunday in Charlotte County to help with Hurricane Helene recovery efforts.
According to a press release, the centers will be at:
- Port Charlotte Town Center Mall, 1441 Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte, in Macy’s parking lot
- Tringali Park Community Center, 3460 N. Access Road, Englewood
- South County Regional Park, 670 Cooper St., Punta Gorda
The centers will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. while supplies last.
They will have meals ready to eat, tarps and water.
