Starting on Tuesday, three things must be provided by the time the sales contract is executed.
Transparency explaining that property insurance does not include coverage for damage resulting from floods.
The seller must disclose if they filed a claim with their insurance provider relating to flood damage on the property.
And the seller must disclose if they received federal assistance for flood damage to the property.
