Residents are invited to share their opinion with city officials on Wednesday as Cape Coral's Victory Park community may see an expansion.
With 140 acres worth of space, more homes, stores and even a medical facility may be coming to the Victory Park community.
But before this happens, Cape Coral City Council wants to hear from you, because they are looking to nearly double the size of Victory Park.
Renderings show what the expansion along Diplomat Parkway and NE 24th Avenue could look like.

Other features for Victory Park will include biking, walkability and public transport options.
We know developers have been applying for infrastructure permits since July, and they want the expansion to go from nearly 140 acres to 259.
The city has to give the state final designs and documents before construction can even start. Construction has to begin no later than April 2025.
