Due to Hurricane Helene and Milton, Charlotte County Public Schools have missed a total of seven instructional days.
The district says to support their students, they will utilize three School Board approved hurricane make-up days.
Make-up days are scheduled for:
- Monday, November 25
- Tuesday, November 26
- Wednesday, November 27
"While we understand that these days may impact family plans, we believe it's essential to prioritize student learning after missing seven instructional days. We've carefully considered this decision and have chosen to waive the additional four make-up days," the school district says.
