A lot of neighborhoods in Southwest Florida are feeling the impacts of Hurricane Milton, as there is debris all over the place.
On Wednesday in Punta Gorda, they're getting a bit closer to getting the mess cleaned up as the contractor will begin removing debris in the Historic District.
We want to note the trucks are very large so the city is asking for as much space as possible.
They say you should avoid parking your cars on the sides of the street so the trucks can easily navigate the roadways.
City leaders also want you to be cautious while the trucks are cleaning up debris, since there is a lot that they have to get.
