A Charlotte County middle school student was arrested Friday for making a school shooting threat on TikTok, according to the sheriff's office.
According to the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office, detectives were notified by the FBI task force about a possible school threat made by a child living in Charlotte County.
CCSO says Caleb D. Nantz, 14, posted a comment on another juvenile’s video stating “I’m going to shoot up your school tomorrow”.
The sheriff's office says the school in question is not Charlotte County.
Nantz attends a middle school in Port Charlotte.
