A Fort Myers woman is wanted after failing to show up to court.
Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers say a new warrant was issued for the arrest of Brittany Jones, 39.
Jones failed to show up to court after an arrest for grand theft, uttering forged bills and the criminal use of personal identification.
Detectives say Jones helped the primary offender cash over $170,000 in stolen checks.
Jones applied for a job at the airport, and a background check showed a warrant for her arrest.
They alerted the police, and she was arrested.
Jones was released on bond, with the promise of showing up for court. She never showed.
Jones has two previous bookings and was last known to be living in South Fort Myers.
When she is arrested, she will be held without bond.
