A Lee County man has been convicted of murder for supplying fentanyl that led to a woman's fatal overdose.
Joshua Robert Pulley was indicted by the Lee County Grand Jury in July 2023.
According to the indictment, Pulley sold the deadly drugs to 37-year-old Kerrin Elisha Saunders in 2022.
The State Attorney's Office said the two were captured on camera meeting up in a parking lot not long before Saunders' roommate found her unresponsive.
Pulley was convicted of first-degree murder - unlawful distribution of fentanyl and sale or delivery of fentanyl. His sentencing is scheduled for Dec. 16.
