Cape Coral residents raised concerns at a voting site after they noticed their ballots were missing some important pieces.
A voter told NBC2 that her ballot did not have the first four amendments. She said this had happened to a handful of people.
She said she notified poll workers who gave them new ballots but remained concerned for others who may not notice.
The Lee County Supervisor of Elections office told NBC2 they are aware of the situation.
Officials said the situation has been resolved, and any voter who received one was given a correct replacement ballot.
They also said even if a voter did not notice it, the tabulators would have detected it and not accepted the incomplete ballot.
Although the issue has been resolved, poll workers are making sure to double-check the ballots before handing them to voters.
