Neighbors in Collier County got together Saturday to support Alzheimer's Awareness at Baker Park.
Participants honored those affected by Alzheimer's and other forms of Dementia during the "Walk to End Alzheimer's."
According to the Alzheimer's Association, more than 16,000 Collier County residents are living with Alzheimer's Association. Nearly 7 million Americans are living with Alzheimer's.
