City leaders are set to meet on Tuesday to discuss two new developments coming to the Village of Estero.
The first development is at the corner of US-41 and Coconut Road, while the other is set to go up on the north side of Williams Road, east of Coconut Point .
The developments would bring in new housing and a hotel.
The bigger of the two would be at the corner of US-41 and Coconut Rd., across the street from Coconut Point Mall.
The land, which use to be a Hurricane Ian debris site, would be reimagined to bring in multi-family buildings, parking garages, restaurants and more.
The hotel, which could sit along Lyden Drive, would have over 100 rooms.
Last week, Lee County and Estero approved expanding a new sports facility at Estero High School.
When complete, it will open to the public with baseball fields, as well as tennis and pickleball courts.
