A new emergency room sitting alongside South Pointe Boulevard in Fort Myers is set to open Wednesday morning.
This will be HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital's third freestanding emergency room HCA is bringing to the Gulf Coast.
It's all to provide care to patients care to patients in our ever-growing area. The new location will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Services include emergency care, lab work, X-rays, CT scanning and ultrasounds.
The Chief Executive Officers of HCA Florida Hospital said they are excited to expand their services.
HCA also has emergency facilities in Cape Coral and Charlotte County. Fort Myers' newest emergency room opens at 7 a.m. on Wednesday.
