A Cape Coral felon is wanted after violating the terms of his probation.
Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers states Richard Ball, 46, was unresponsive behind the wheel of his car at a fast food restaurant. It took law enforcement a few minutes to wake him up.
Officers found a glass pipe, foil, and a box containing a dangerous combo of coke, fentanyl, and meth on the front seat.
Ball was in jail for about a month, before being placed on probation. Crime Stoppers stated he was busted in Montana for DUI and narcotics, coupled with a few positive drug screens.
Ball has racked up 15 previous arrests locally for the sale and delivery of drugs, grand theft, burglary, property damage, resisting, and failure to pay child support.
He is 5’9”, 155 pounds, and was last known to br in Cape Coral.
