Law enforcement is looking for a Lehigh Acres man who has been arrested for driving under the influence.
According to Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers, Cain Hernandez, 46, has been caught repeatedly for drunk driving.
A new warrant was issued for Hernandez following his third DUI arrest.
Deputies responded to a call about a suspicious person who was passed out in a running car in front of a Lehigh store at 9 a.m.
When they arrived, they found several open cans of alcohol in the car and Hernandez was not sober.
Crime Stoppers states when asked for his identification, he handed over his hotel room key, then a credit card – despite ID sitting next to him.
When Hernandez got out of the car, Hernandez could barely stand up.
He was arrested and charged with DUI and driving with a suspended license.
Crime Stoppers states he was in jail for four months before being released on probation.
Hernandez has been booked 13 times on charges of battery, robbery, fleeing and eluding and resisting arrest.
He is 5’10”, 220 pounds, with a tattoo of the words “Baby Cain” on his right arm, his last name on his neck and a cross and scale drawn on his back.
