A Lehigh Acres woman is wanted after violating probation on drug possession charges.
According to Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers, deputies arrested Jessica Mercado, 40, during a traffic stop for drug possession with several bags of fentanyl.
Mercado has had 6 prior arrests in Lee County with additional arrests in the Orlando area, including an arrest for child neglect.
SWFL Crime Stoppers said that Mercado violated multiple terms of her probation, including moving without providing a forwarding address, leaving in the middle of a drug test, failing to complete court ordered community service hours as well as a drug evaluation.
Mercado is 5'2, 140 pounds, and has several tattoos, including the names Jo Jo, Izzy, and Nas on her left arm as well as the word survivor inked on her right leg.
SWFL Crime Stoppers is asking anyone with information on the suspect to call them at 1-800-780-TIPS or online . Tipsters can remain anonymous and you could earn a cash reward up to $3,000.
