A man is wanted for violating probation after destroying a guard gate in a gated community.
According to Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers, Ryan Janeda, 42, and a female companion were attempting to get into a gated community.
The release says that when Janeda couldn't enter the community, he ripped the gate off himself, causing several thousand dollars in damage.
Officers located and arrested Janeda on criminal mischief charges. Janeda has had 21 bookings on charges of grand theft, DUI, fraud, burglary, the sale and delivery of drugs, and weapons offenses.
Janeda is 5'10, 210 pounds and will be held without bond upon his arrest.
