A woman was arrested after being accused of fleeing from deputies along Vanderbilt Beach Road on Monday.
According to the Collier County Sheriff's Office, Lisanyela Martinez, 28, ran a red light at the intersection of Vanderbilt Beach Road.
CCSO said a deputy turned on his lights and siren, but the black Hyundai sped up to 65-70 mph.
The report states Martinez was attempting to drive away, but after a pursuit, pulled into American Farms Nursery.
The deputy got out of the patrol car, and a man got out of the car, stating, "She is on prescription pills."
The report states the deputy drew his weapon and started giving commands for the driver to exit. He asked the man to move back.
Neither the driver nor the man was listening to commands.
The deputy opened the door and grabbed the left arm of the driver. She threw her phone to the ground.
According to the report, another deputy arrived at the scene and attended to the man while the other deputy handcuffed the woman driving.
When asked why she didn't stop, Martinez did not answer. It was noted she had poor balance and fell onto the deputy.
More deputies arrived to help. Martinez refused to respond to law enforcement and she has to be pulled into the patrol car.
It was discovered that Martinez is a convicted felon. She has been booked 10 times by the Collier County Sheriff's Office.
The report states that the deputy did not smell alcohol. When asked questions, Martinez just stared blankly at deputies.

- Attached tag not assigned
- DUI- refusal
- Speeding
- Red light
