Police arrested a man after he allegedly had sex with a teen on the Naples Pier on Sunday morning.
Stanley Bornelus, 24, is facing multiple charges after police said he was caught having sex with a 15-year-old girl on the pier around 3 a.m.
The report states Naples police saw the incident happening while monitoring cameras. Once officers arrived, they found Bornelus and the victim.
Officers said they asked the two what had happened, and both Bornelus and the victim admitted to having sex.
Officers learned the victim was 15-years-old before taking both her and Bornelus to the Naples Police Department for questioning.
According to the arrest report, Bornelus told police that he talked to the victim through Instagram.
Police searched Bornelus' phone where they said they found video in his camera roll of him and the victim engaging in sex on Saturday, Nov. 30, at 2:09 a.m. and Sunday, Dec. 1., at 3:08 a.m.
Officers spoke with the victim who said she met Bornelus on Instagram a year-and-a-half ago, but they never met in person until Saturday.
The victim told police she informed Bornelus of her age on Friday, Nov. 29.
Bornelus was arrested and is facing three counts of lewd lascivious behavior with a victim less than 16 years of age and four counts of cruelty toward a child due to the recordings.
